Have you ever had to let an employee go because “they just aren’t working out”?  Did you ask yourself whether you did everything you could to get them off to a successful start in their role?

A well-planned and executed onboarding process can make all the difference in whether new employees succeed or struggle during the first months on the job.  Compass can take the guesswork out of creating and implementing your onboarding plans.

Onboarding package (90-day plan) includes:

  • Compass will facilitate an Onboarding Leads session to create onboarding plan
    • Training components and timeline
    • SMART goal setting and timeline
    • Facilitation of monthly progress meeting with Onboarding Leads group
    • Compass will provide bi-weekly coaching meetings with new employee to support their progress

Development Package (3 – 6 month plan) includes:

  • Compass will design and administer a 360 assessment to determine external perceptions of coworkers, managers and other key stakeholders
  • Compass will administer a work style assessment to promote employee self-awareness (Compass uses DiSC or Hogan assessments).  This includes two debrief meetings will the employee.
  • Compass will facilitate goal-setting with employee based on results of both assessments
  • Compass will provide 3 months of individual coaching services to assist employee  in implementing his/her development goals
